The raw material formula of the super early strength grouting material comprises the following components: 180 to 300 parts of rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement, 600 to 800 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 1 to 3 parts of polypropylene fiber, 10 to 20 parts of rubber powder, 120 to 200 parts of microbeads, 800 to 1200 parts of quartz sand, 3 to 12 parts of a retarder, 8 to 20 parts of a water reducing agent, 25 to 50 parts of an expanding agent, 1 to 5 parts of an early strength agent, 5 to 10 parts of an anti-freezing agent and 5 to 15 parts of a compound additive, the compound additive comprises a water-retaining agent, a fluidizing agent and a defoaming agent. The formula of the grouting material is optimized, and the water-binder ratio is low when the grouting material is used, so that the 5h compressive strength performance of the grouting material can reach 30MPa or above and the 3d compressive strength performance of the grouting material can reach 63MPa or above when the grouting material is cured in a low-temperature environment (-5 DEG C), and meanwhile, the grouting material also has excellent tensile property, adhesive property and fluidity, meets the performance requirements of the wind power tower drum, and is suitable for popularization and application. And the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
