The galling device comprises a moving mechanism, a galling mechanism and a control mechanism, the moving mechanism comprises a moving trussed beam used for stretching across anti-collision guardrails on the two sides of a bridge floor, and lifting supporting legs are arranged at the two ends of the moving trussed beam respectively; the bottoms of the supporting legs are driven by a walking mechanism to move on the anti-collision guardrail. The napping mechanism comprises a napping support extending in the length direction of the movable trussed beam and a napping steel brush arranged on the napping support, the napping support is further provided with a transverse moving mechanism used for driving the napping steel brush to move in the length direction of the movable trussed beam, and the walking mechanism and the transverse moving mechanism are electrically connected with the control mechanism. The invention further discloses a galling method for the integrated layer of the bridge floor, which comprises the following steps: firstly constructing the anti-collision guardrails on the two sides of the bridge floor, and then movably erecting the two ends of the galling device on the anti-collision guardrails on the two sides. Automatic galling is achieved, it is guaranteed that a bridge floor galling line is straight in shape and consistent in depth, and the current standard construction requirement is met.
