The dead leaf collecting device comprises a collecting compartment, an inclined arc-shaped material guide pipe is arranged on one side of the top end of the collecting compartment, a linkage negative pressure structure is arranged on the side, close to the collecting compartment, of the inclined arc-shaped material guide pipe, a universal material collecting pipe is arranged on the other side of the inclined arc-shaped material guide pipe, and a stirring material suction head is arranged at the bottom end of the universal material collecting pipe; a first one-way valve is arranged at the bottom end of the side, close to the linkage negative pressure structure, of the inclined arc-shaped material guide pipe, a dust removal treatment cavity is formed in the center of one side of the collecting compartment, a gas communicating pipe is arranged in the center of the dust removal treatment cavity, a linkage structure located above the dust removal treatment cavity is arranged at the top end of the gas communicating pipe, and a dust removal layer is arranged at the top of the gas communicating pipe; and a mincing layer is arranged at the bottom of the gas communicating pipe. The device has the beneficial effects that the linkage negative pressure structure can be driven to work through rotation of the first moving wheel and the second moving wheel, the collection efficiency of dead leaves in grass or attached to the road surface is improved, and cyclic utilization of air in the device can be completed.
