Fabricated underground continuous wall foundation groove gap filling method
The invention discloses an assembly type underground continuous wall foundation groove gap filling method. The method comprises the steps that a guide wall foundation groove is excavated; pre-burying a grouting pipe; the foundation trench gap on the side of the first underground diaphragm wall is backfilled; the next underground diaphragm wall is assembled; the foundation trench gap on the side of the next underground diaphragm wall is backfilled; the above steps are repeated until backfilling of the foundation trench gap on the side of the last but one underground diaphragm wall is completed; and the last underground diaphragm wall is hoisted, then placed in the guide wall foundation trench and spliced with the previous underground diaphragm wall, the foundation trench gap which is not backfilled is backfilled with gravel until the foundation trench gap is filled with the gravel, and grouting is conducted on the foundation trench gap through the pre-buried grouting pipe. According to the construction method, a method of periodically and circularly backfilling the foundation trench gaps is adopted, the gravels are backfilled every time the assembly of one underground diaphragm wall is completed, support can be provided for the assembled underground diaphragm wall and the trench wall in time, the wall piece assembly sag is ensured, the compact filling of the gravels is ensured, and the assembly construction requirements of the ultra-deep underground diaphragm wall can be met.
