The pressure-resistant cabin is of a closed structure formed by a pressure-resistant shell, and at least one pressure-resistant cabin inlet structure is arranged on the surface of the pressure-resistant cabin. The lifting structure comprises a hydraulic jacking oil cylinder and a lifting guide column; the server cabinets are arranged in the pressure-resistant shell in an array mode, and fixing and moving control are carried out through fixing and moving mechanisms at the upper end and the lower end. Efficient water outlet and water inlet actions can be realized by adopting the lifting mechanism; the system is suitable for high-stability underwater cooling of a large-size and high-density data center system; the pressure-resistant cabin inlet is arranged, under the condition that water does not flow out of the pressure-resistant cabin, a maintainer can enter the pressure-resistant cabin for maintenance, the working efficiency and the use efficiency are high, and the high safety of the internal environment and the timeliness of risk discovery are guaranteed through the state monitoring system.
