The invention discloses a bag type grouting jacking deviation rectifying construction method which comprises the steps that a pile is formed below a foundation of a building, a foldable bag is arranged between the foundation and the pile, and the bag is connected through a grouting pipe; pressure grouting is conducted on the interior of the bag, pressure generated by the grout in the bag forms upward supporting force at the bottom of the foundation, and then the building is lifted; and after the building is lifted to the designed elevation, the gap between the foundation and the foundation is backfilled. According to the construction method, the pile is constructed below the foundation of the building, then the foundation is jacked in the mode of grouting the bag between the pile and the foundation, compared with a foundation grouting jacking inclination rectification method, the grouting body is separated from the foundation through the bag in the construction method, the problem that grout flows out is avoided, and therefore additional deformation of grouting is eliminated, and the construction efficiency is improved.
