The invention provides a photovoltaic tile and a photovoltaic roof with a gradient. The photovoltaic tile comprises a base plate, a lifting part, a splicing area and a first connecting part, the base plate is provided with a first surface and a second surface which are opposite, a tile base body is provided with a first side edge and a second side edge which are opposite, the splicing area is close to the second side edge, and the lifting part is located on the second surface; the height of the lifting part relative to the second surface is gradually increased from the first end to the second end in the first direction, and the second end of the lifting part is adjacent to the second side edge; the photovoltaic module comprises a photovoltaic panel and a second connecting part, the photovoltaic panel is arranged on the lifting part and is detachably connected with the tile base body through the cooperation between the first connecting part and the second connecting part, and the height of the second end of the lifting part relative to the second surface is the same as the thickness of the tile base body at the first side edge. According to the photovoltaic tile and the photovoltaic roof, one end of the photovoltaic module is lifted through the lifting part, so that the adjacent photovoltaic panels are flush, the attractiveness of the photovoltaic tile is improved, and meanwhile, the effect of preventing dust accumulation is achieved.
