The invention discloses a reusable outer wall scaffold connecting piece and a using method thereof.On one hand, the reusable outer wall scaffold connecting piece comprises an anchoring piece and a threaded pipe which are pre-buried in a building outer wall, and the threaded pipe is fixedly connected with the anchoring piece; the end, away from the anchoring part, of the threaded pipe is connected with a bolt in a matched mode, the bolt is sleeved with a connecting plate, and the bottom of the connecting plate is fixedly connected with a groove. By arranging the anchoring part and the threaded pipe which are pre-embedded in the building outer wall and reserving the threaded pipe plug during pouring, after the scaffold is dismantled, the threaded pipe does not need to be cut, plugging is easy, and waterproof treatment is carried out; the hoop can be installed in a design range only by selecting a proper connecting plate, the distance between the hoop and the building outer wall can be easily adjusted according to requirements through the arrangement of the distance adjusting mechanism, and operation is easy and convenient.
