The fire hydrant cabinet comprises a cabinet body and a cabinet door, one side of the cabinet door is rotatably connected with one side of the cabinet body, the cabinet body is provided with a door frame allowing the edge of the cabinet door to be embedded therein, the edge of the other side of the cabinet door is provided with a locking edge, the locking edge and the side edge of the cabinet door form an L-shaped chamfer, the locking edge is provided with a locking part, and the locking part is provided with a locking groove. The locking component comprises a gear, the gear is meshed with a longitudinal sliding rack and a transverse sliding rack at the same time, the gear is rotationally connected to the box door, the longitudinal sliding rack is connected to the box door in a sliding mode, the transverse sliding rack penetrates through the locking edge in a sliding mode, and a clamping groove for the longitudinal sliding rack to be clamped in is formed in the door frame. A protective lock used for fixing the transverse sliding rack is arranged on the outer side of the locking edge. The transverse sliding rack is meshed with the gear, meshing has a self-locking effect, the transverse sliding rack is not prone to sliding when being touched at will, and compared with an existing pressing type spring lock, the box door opening operation difficulty is high, and safety is higher.
