本发明提供一种非模具的凹凸釉的制备方法,涉及建材技术领域,包括如下步骤:步骤一:把百分比质量分为15‑20%的钾长石,30‑34%的石英,6‑8%的方解石,8%的水洗土,3‑5%的氧化锌,7‑9%的碳酸锶,4‑6%的刚玉,8‑10%的硼砂,0‑3%的碳酸钡,8%的硅酸锆原材料加入球釉机中进行球磨,并添加0.2%的甲基,0.35%的三聚以及38%的水,出球过120目振动筛,并用除铁机进行除铁,随后获得一号釉浆并放浆池备用,本发明中,运用普通的生产工艺,单单施一层凹凸效果釉,即可生产出具有明显凹凸效果的釉面砖,且凹凸效果多样化,每件砖均不相同,更接近石材天然的效果,本发明的应用不需增加任何特殊设备和工艺,给此类产品的生产带来极大的方便。
