The present invention provides a non-mold concave-convex glaze preparation method, and relates to the technical field of building materials, the non-mold concave-convex glaze preparation method comprises: 1, uniformly mixing 15-20% by mass of potassium feldspar, 30-34% by mass of quartz, 6-8% by mass of calcite, 8% by mass of washed soil, 3-5% by mass of zinc oxide, 7-9% by mass of strontium carbonate, 4-6% by mass of corundum, 8-10% by mass of borax, 0-3% by mass of barium carbonate, 0-3% by mass of sodium carbonate, 0-3% by mass of sodium hydroxide, 0-3% by mass of sodium hydroxide, 0-3% by mass of sodium hydroxide, 0-3% by mass of sodium hydroxide, and 0-3% by mass of sodium hydroxide; the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding 8% of a zirconium silicate raw material into a ball glazing machine for ball milling, adding 0.2% of methyl, 0.35% of trimer and 38% of water, discharging balls, sieving the balls through a 120-mesh vibrating screen, removing iron by using an iron removing machine, then obtaining No.1 glaze slip, and putting the No.1 glaze slip into a slurry pool for later use. The glazed tile with the obvious concave-convex effect can be produced, the concave-convex effect is diversified, all the tiles are different and are closer to the natural effect of stone, any special equipment and technology do not need to be added in application of the glazed tile, and great convenience is brought to production of the products of the type.
本发明提供一种非模具的凹凸釉的制备方法，涉及建材技术领域，包括如下步骤：步骤一：把百分比质量分为15‑20％的钾长石，30‑34％的石英，6‑8％的方解石，8％的水洗土，3‑5％的氧化锌，7‑9％的碳酸锶，4‑6％的刚玉，8‑10％的硼砂，0‑3％的碳酸钡，8％的硅酸锆原材料加入球釉机中进行球磨，并添加0.2％的甲基，0.35％的三聚以及38％的水，出球过120目振动筛，并用除铁机进行除铁，随后获得一号釉浆并放浆池备用，本发明中，运用普通的生产工艺，单单施一层凹凸效果釉，即可生产出具有明显凹凸效果的釉面砖，且凹凸效果多样化，每件砖均不相同，更接近石材天然的效果，本发明的应用不需增加任何特殊设备和工艺，给此类产品的生产带来极大的方便。
