Polymer modified 3D printing high-impermeability cement mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention provides polymer modified 3D (three-dimensional) printing high-impermeability cement mortar, which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of cement; 80 to 120 parts of recycled aggregate; 0.2 to 1.0 part of nano clay; 0.1 to 1.0 part of a water reducing agent; 0.05 to 0.25 part of cellulose ether; 0.1 to 2.0 parts of fiber; 1-10 parts of high-molecular polymer powder; and 20-60 parts of water. The invention further provides preparation and application of the cement mortar. According to the polymer modified 3D printing high-impermeability cement mortar and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention, the polymer modified cement mortar is used as printing ink, and the cohesiveness and impermeability of a printing material are improved by using an organic high-molecular polymer. Meanwhile, nano-clay is introduced, so that the thixotropy of the printing material is improved, the cement hydration early-stage speed is increased, the extruded mortar has excellent extrudability and constructability, and the requirement for 3D printing building die-free construction can be met.
本发明提供一种聚合物改性3D打印高抗渗水泥砂浆,以重量份计,包括以下组分:水泥100份;再生骨料80‑120份;纳米粘土0.2‑1.0份;减水剂0.1‑1.0份;纤维素醚0.05‑0.25份;纤维0.1‑2.0份;高分子聚合物粉1‑10份;水20‑60份。本发明进一步提供上述水泥砂浆的制备及其应用。本发明提供的一种聚合物改性3D打印高抗渗水泥砂浆及其制备方法,采用聚合物改性水泥砂浆作为打印油墨,利用采用有机高分子聚合物提高打印材料的粘结性和抗渗性。同时,引入纳米粘土,提升打印材料的触变性,加快水泥水化早期速度,使挤出后砂浆具有优良的可挤出性和可建造性,能够满足3D打印建筑无模施工要求。
