The turnout double-sleeper tamping device comprises a box body, an upper shock excitation device and a lower shock excitation device, a bearing mounting seat is arranged on one side of the box body, and an upper bearing mounting hole and a lower bearing mounting hole are formed in the side wall of the bearing mounting seat and the side wall of the box body; the two ends of an upper eccentric shaft of the upper vibration excitation device are hinged to the upper bearing installation holes through upper bearings, the two ends of a lower eccentric shaft of the lower vibration excitation device are hinged to the lower bearing installation holes through lower bearings, an upper gear is arranged at the end, located in the box body, of the upper eccentric shaft, a lower gear is arranged at the end, located in the box body, of the lower eccentric shaft, and the upper gear is meshed with the lower gear. Compared with a traditional single vibration excitation device, the two vibration excitation devices arranged up and down can effectively reduce loads of the upper and lower eccentric shafts and the upper and lower bearings, so that the service life of the vibration excitation device is prolonged.
