Prefabricated steel-UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) combined bridge deck slab beam for pedestrian overpass and bridge thereof
The prefabricated steel-UHPC combined bridge deck slab beam comprises hollow rectangular prefabricated steel plate beams which can be detachably spliced with one another, grooves are evenly distributed in the hollow rectangular prefabricated steel plate beams in the longitudinal direction, and shear force connecting pieces are vertically arranged in the grooves; ultra-high performance concrete is poured on the hollow rectangular prefabricated steel plate beams to form UHPC panels; the bridge deck slab is small in overall thickness, large in clearance under the bridge and light in self weight. Factory-like integral manufacturing of the fabricated steel-UHPC footbridge panels is utilized to guarantee interface connection reliability, concrete cast-in-place of steel-concrete combination portions and transverse connection between the footbridge panels are avoided, simplicity, convenience and rapidness are achieved, and meanwhile fabricated construction can shorten the construction period, reduce influences on construction and traffic, save labor cost and improve engineering quality.
本发明公开了一种用于人行天桥的预制钢‑UHPC组合桥面板梁,包括可相互以可拆卸式拼接的中空矩形预制钢板梁,沿所述中空矩形预制钢板梁上纵向均布有凹槽,所述凹槽内竖向设置有剪力连接件,在所述中空矩形预制钢板梁上浇筑超高性能混凝土形成UHPC面板;桥面板整体厚度小,桥下净空大,自重轻。利用装配式钢‑UHPC人行桥面板的工厂化整体制造保障界面连接可靠性,避免了钢混结合部位的混凝土现场浇筑,桥面板之间横向连接,简便快捷,同时装配式施工可缩短施工工期,减少对施工对交通的影响,节约劳动成本,提高工程质量。
