The invention provides a support installation method for a high-speed railway box girder. The support installation method comprises the following steps that S1, beam bottom support steel plates are pre-buried in the two sides of a beam end bottom die of the box girder; s2, after the box girder is prefabricated and formed, a girder support is installed at the bottom of the box girder; the method comprises the following steps: S1, mounting a bridge pier support cushion stone template, S2, mounting a bridge pier support cushion stone template, S3, mounting a support cushion stone template, S4, positioning a box girder on the support cushion stone, S5, introducing slurry into the support cushion stone template and a bolt preformed hole thereof through a grouting device, and S6, dismounting a temporary support after the slurry is injected into the bridge pier support cushion stone and the support bolt hole to reach the design strength, so that the box girder is positioned on the top surface of the support cushion stone, and finally mounting the bridge pier support cushion stone template. A support steel plate is embedded in the beam end bottom die, the design position of the beam support is accurately positioned, and checking of technicians every time is reduced. The grouting space is formed in the gap between the beam support and the support padstone through the support padstone formwork, grouting is conducted on the interior of the support padstone formwork through the grouting device, and the durability of a concrete structure is improved.
