The invention provides a guide mechanism which comprises a mounting seat, a rotating shaft, a guide wheel and a fastener, the mounting seat is provided with a movable groove and a movable hole communicated with the movable groove, the rotating shaft is movably arranged in the movable groove, the guide wheel is connected to the rotating shaft, and the fastener penetrates through the movable hole to be fixedly connected with the rotating shaft. The rotating shaft can move in the movable groove in the length direction of the fastener. According to the guide mechanism, the distance deviation between the guide mechanism and the guide rail can be compensated, and the service life of the guide wheel is prolonged. The invention further relates to the static pile driver.
