Overwater non-temporary pile sinking construction method
The invention relates to an overwater non-temporary pile sinking construction method, which specifically comprises the following steps of: (1) placing a counter-force base on a construction site; (2) fixing the static pressure pile planting machine on a counter-force base; (3) transporting the steel pipe piles from the operation base to a construction site; (4) pressing the first three steel pipe piles into the foundation by the static pressure pile planting machine; (5), the static pressure pile planting machine conducts pile planting construction on the pile top of the completed steel pipe pile in a self-walking mode at the same time; (6) after the static pressure pile planting machine performs construction for a limited distance, enabling a power unit, a pile self-propelled crane and a pile material carrying device to perform self-propelled by taking the pile top of the completed steel pipe pile as an operation track; and (7) when the construction distance is long, the pile material carrying device supplies the pile materials back and forth along the pile top of the completed steel pipe pile. The overwater non-temporary-arrangement pile sinking construction method is adopted, the whole set of equipment applied to the engineering method is developed, overwater non-temporary-arrangement pile sinking construction can be achieved, the press-in pile continuous wall can be constructed, the whole process is environmentally friendly, and the operation efficiency is high.
