Pre-embedded building deviation rectifying and jacking method
The invention provides a pre-buried building deviation rectifying and jacking method which comprises the following steps: step 1, pre-burying a lifting mechanism in a frame column at the connecting position of the frame column of a building and a foundation; when the building is corrected or jacked, one or more frame columns need to be jacked; digging the frame column at the position of the lifting mechanism at the corresponding position on the ground, removing concrete in the frame column, leaking the lifting mechanism, and communicating the lifting mechanism with an external driving element; 3, vertical stressed steel bars at the corresponding positions of the lifting mechanisms are temporarily disconnected, and then the lifting mechanisms are lifted to drive frame columns above the lifting mechanisms to rise; adjusting the height until the height of the frame column is in place; 4, after all the frame columns needing to be adjusted are adjusted in place, the driving elements are disconnected, and the vertical load-bearing steel bars are lengthened and reconnected; pouring concrete at required positions of the frame columns. According to the invention, the requirements of future deviation rectification and later reconstruction of the existing building are met.
本发明提供一种预埋式建筑纠偏顶升方法,步骤1:建筑的框架柱与基础的连接位置的框架柱内预埋升降机构,步骤2;建筑纠偏或者顶升时,需要顶升其中一个或者多个框架柱;挖开地面漏出对应位置的升降机构位置的框架柱,去掉框架柱内混凝土,漏出升降机构,把升降机构连通外置驱动元件;步骤3,临时断开升降机构对应位置的竖向的受力钢筋,然后升降机构提升带动升降机构上方的框架柱升高;调整高度直到框架柱的高度到位;步骤4:所有需要调节的框架柱调整到位后,断开驱动元件,接长并重新连接竖向的受力钢筋;浇筑框架柱需要位置混凝土。本发明满足既有建筑物将来纠偏、后期改造之需。
