The quick-opening type layered water intake gate system comprises a dam foundation and a water intake shaft in the dam foundation, a mounting table is arranged on the side face, making contact with water, of the dam foundation, a water intake hole is formed in the mounting table, one end of the water intake hole is formed in the inner wall of the water intake shaft, the other end of the water intake hole is formed in the upper surface of the mounting table, and a gate assembly is arranged on the mounting table; the top of the dam foundation is provided with an opening and closing chamber, a hoist is installed in the opening and closing chamber, and the power end of the hoist is connected with a valve element of the gate assembly through a pull rod. The quick-opening type layered water taking gate system is simple in overall structure, few in building, small in construction work amount and low in investment, can be additionally installed on a dam without a layered water taking system in the later period, and is good in applicability; the gate can be opened or closed by moving the valve element of the gate up and down, the action is simple, faults are not prone to occurring, the arranged filtering grating can filter residues and can prevent the valve element from being separated from the original position under the action of water flow, and the reliability of the gate is good when the gate is used.
本发明公开了一种快开式分层取水闸门系统,包括坝基及其内的取水井筒,所述坝基与水接触的侧面设置有安装台,安装台内设置有取水孔,取水孔的一端开设在取水井筒的内壁上,另一端开设在安装台的上表面,安装台上设置有闸门组件,坝基的顶部设置有启闭室,启闭室内安装有启闭机,启闭机的动力端通过拉杆与闸门组件的阀芯连接,本快开式分层取水闸门系统整体结构简单,建筑物少,建设时工程量小,投资低,可后期加装在未规划分层取水系统的大坝上,适用性好,闸门的阀芯上下移动即可开启或关闭闸门,动作简单,不易出故障,设置的过滤格栅既能滤渣,也能防止阀芯在水流作用下脱离原有位置,使得闸门在使用时的可靠性较好。
