The invention belongs to the related technical field of greening maintenance equipment, and discloses a catch basin for greening maintenance of a road medial strip, which comprises a basic structure consisting of a well body, a well bottom and a well lid, and the bottom of the catch basin is a water storage area and comprises a water inlet pipe hole, a water outlet pipe hole, a water permeable hole and a maintenance water pipe, wherein the water inlet pipe hole and the water outlet pipe hole are respectively used for collecting rainwater on the road surface into a water storage area and executing excessive discharge; the water permeable holes are used for enabling redundant water to permeate into the water storage area after the soil absorbs water to be saturated; one end of the maintenance water pipe extends into the water storage area, and the other end of the maintenance water pipe is embedded into the root system position of the green plant in the central separation zone. By means of the road surface drainage system, the road surface drainage requirement can be met, meanwhile, later greening maintenance is facilitated, rainwater on the road surface and redundant water generated when soil absorbs water to be saturated can be stored in the wet water period, and the stored water is effectively conveyed to plants in the medial strip for survival and growth in the water shortage period.
