The invention discloses a municipal drainage and blow-off pipeline cleaning device which comprises a shell, a power mechanism, a blow-off mechanism, a supporting mechanism, a cutting mechanism, a conveying mechanism, a hydraulic oil station, a gasoline generator set and a suction mechanism. The power mechanism is fixed to one end of the shell, the pollution discharge mechanism is arranged on one side of the power mechanism, the supporting mechanism and the cutting mechanism are arranged on one side of the pollution discharge mechanism and connected with the power mechanism, and the conveying mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the power mechanism and connected with the shell and the pollution discharge mechanism. The hydraulic oil station, the gasoline generator set and the suction mechanism are arranged in the shell, the suction mechanism communicates with the conveying mechanism, and the hydraulic oil station is connected with the power mechanism through an oil pipe. The gasoline generating set is arranged on one side of the hydraulic oil station; the power mechanism is connected with the hydraulic oil station through an oil way. The sewage discharging device can adapt to pipelines with different pipe diameters by controlling opening and contracting of the arc-shaped plate, meanwhile, the cutting-off mechanism is arranged to cut off obstacles in front of the sewage discharging mechanism, and smooth sewage discharging is guaranteed.
