A plurality of buckles are arranged at the inner side end of the first plugging piece along the circumference of the first plugging piece, the second plugging piece is formed by a plugging material filled between the first plugging piece and the third plugging piece, the sealing cover is of a circular structure formed by splicing and combining two semicircular rings made of plastic materials, and the sealing cover can be connected with the first plugging piece in a clamping manner.
