The suspended ceiling sound insulation device comprises a plurality of suspended ceiling damping pieces evenly fixed to the top face of a floor slab and sound insulation plates installed on the suspended ceiling damping pieces. The floor sound insulation device comprises a plurality of supporting pieces evenly distributed on the floor ground, a steel formwork laid on the supporting pieces and a damping sound insulation pad laid on the surface of the steel formwork, and a hollow interlayer structure for reducing noise transmission is formed between the sound insulation plate and the floor and between the steel formwork and the floor.
