Temperature-sensing color-changing sensing wood floor
The invention discloses a temperature-sensitive color-changing induction wood floor which comprises a modified wood board and a modified base plane, the modified wood board is impregnated with a modified solvent and then is subjected to surface polishing, then is coated with a polyimide coating and rubbed to form a first groove for alignment, and the first groove is filled and leveled up with a temperature-sensitive solution; the modified base surface is made of gamma-epoxypropoxytrimethoxysilane modified silica gel through film casting, the bottom of the modified base surface is coated with a polyimide coating, a second groove is formed through friction for alignment, and the second groove is filled and leveled up with a temperature sensing solution; and covering the modified wood board with the modified base surface, and carrying out vacuum film covering molding to obtain the wood floor. The space between the modified wood board and the modified base surface is filled with the temperature sensing solution in two layers, the temperature sensing solution can block contact with air and reduce oxidation under the coverage of the modified base surface, two temperature sensing layers with phase difference can be formed after the temperature sensing solution is cured, the temperature sensing color changing level can be enhanced, and the temperature sensing color changing effect is improved along with temperature rising. And the color change of the induction wood floor is gradually deepened.
本发明公开一种温感变色感应木地板,包括改性木板和改性基面,改性木板用改性溶剂浸渍后表面抛光,再涂布聚酰亚胺涂层并摩擦出第一沟槽进行配向,以温感溶液将第一沟槽填平;改性基面采用γ‑环氧丙氧基三甲氧基硅烷改性硅胶并经过流延成膜制成,在改性基面的底部涂布聚酰亚胺涂层并摩擦出第二沟槽进行配向,以温感溶液将第二沟槽填平;将改性基面覆改性木板上,真空覆膜成型,得到木地板。本发明将温感溶液分两层填充在改性木板和改性基面之间,温感溶液在改性基面的覆盖下,可以阻隔与空气接触,减少氧化的发生,且温感溶液固化后会形成两层具有相位差的温感层,有利于增强温感变色的层次,随着温度的提升,感应木地板的颜色变化逐渐加深。
