The invention provides a horizontal buried pipe ground source heat pump energy development system based on a sunken regeneration water plant. The horizontal buried pipe ground source heat pump energy development system comprises an equipment layer, a construction layer, a horizontal pipe burying area and a bottom rock-soil layer which are sequentially arranged from the ground to the bottom. The building layer is used for performing reclaimed water treatment; the horizontal buried pipe area comprises a horizontal buried pipe heat exchanger, the horizontal buried pipe heat exchanger is externally connected with a heat pump unit, and the horizontal buried pipe area and the heat pump unit form a circulation loop. The equipment layer, the construction layer, the horizontal pipe burying area and the bottom rock-soil layer are sequentially arranged downwards from the ground, the underground rock-soil layer and the bottom of the structure box body exchange heat with the horizontal buried pipe at the same time for heat exchange, the heat exchange amount is increased, and the heat exchange efficiency is greatly improved; and in combination with the design of the sinking type regeneration water plant, the utilization of land resources is optimized, the land resources are fully utilized, the work amount is reduced, and the initial investment is reduced.
