The invention discloses a multi-section prefabricated hollow concrete pier tower and a construction method, the multi-section prefabricated hollow concrete pier tower comprises a bearing platform and pier tower prefabricated sections, and the bearing platform is provided with a plurality of prefabricated sections; each prefabricated section is a tubular prefabricated concrete part and comprises a plurality of steel bar hole channels and a plurality of prestress hole channels; steel bar hole channels and prestressed hole channels corresponding to the prefabricated sections are formed in the bearing platform; stress longitudinal steel bars are arranged in each group of multiple steel bar hole channels located at the same horizontal position and are filled with grouting materials, and self-locking type prestressed steel bars are arranged in each group of multiple prestressed hole channels located at the same horizontal position and are filled with grouting materials; and an anti-seismic reinforced concrete core is arranged in a cavity formed by splicing all the prefabricated sections. During construction, the bearing platform is sequentially constructed from bottom to top, all the prefabricated sections are spliced, and finally the pier tower prefabricated sections are installed. According to the application of the invention, small-section hollow prefabrication and installation of bridge towers and piers can be realized, and compared with the prior art, a cast-in-place solid pier using the same stress main reinforcements is better in anti-seismic property.
本发明公开了多节段预制空心混凝土墩塔及施工方法,包括承台和墩塔预制节段,承台上设有若干预制节段;每一预制节段均为管状预制混凝土件,包括若干钢筋孔道和若干预应力孔道;承台内设有与预制节段对应的钢筋孔道和预应力孔道;每一组位于同一水平位置的多个钢筋孔道内均设置受力纵向钢筋并填充灌浆料,每一组位于同一水平位置的多个预应力孔道内均布置自锁式预应力钢筋并填充灌浆料;所有预制节段拼接后的空腔内设有抗震加强混凝土芯。施工时,从下向上依次施工承台,拼接所有预制节段,最后安装墩塔预制节段。本发明的应用能够实现桥塔、桥墩的小节段空心预制与安装,与现有技术相比使用同样受力主筋的现浇实心桥墩,抗震性能更好。
