The invention provides a cable sleeve structure of a cable-stayed bridge of a steel box girder and a post-installation construction method, a structural diaphragm plate is arranged in the steel box girder, and an anchor box structure is fixedly installed on the structural diaphragm plate; the anchor box structure comprises side plates which are symmetrically arranged, and sealing plates are symmetrically and vertically fixed to the top ends and the bottom ends of the side plates to form the anchor box structure with the four faces closed. A seat plate and an anchor backing plate are fixed at the bottom end of the anchor box structure; a cable sleeve is installed in the anchor box structure, the top end of the cable sleeve penetrates through a bridge deck of the steel box girder, and a hole sealing plate is fixed to the junction of the cable sleeve and the bridge deck. According to the structure and the post-installation construction method, the method that the cable sleeve is movably arranged firstly, then the cable sleeve and the stay cable are positioned and adjusted again on the construction site, and then fixing is conducted is adopted, so that the influence of accumulated errors of elevation deviation and mileage deviation of installation of all the steel box girder sections during hoisting construction of the steel box girder sections is effectively overcome; and the actual coordinate of the cable sleeve meets the construction requirement.
