The invention relates to a sludge clearing and digging machine. The sludge clearing and digging machine comprises a rack, a sludge discharging assembly and a sludge digging assembly. The sludge discharging assembly comprises a sludge discharging pipe, the sludge discharging pipe is provided with a sludge inlet and a sludge outlet, the sludge inlet is located at the lower end of the rack, the dredging assembly comprises a driving part and at least two groups of auger parts which are connected, the driving part is arranged on the rack, the two groups of auger parts are arranged on the two sides of the sludge inlet in the first direction, and the auger parts extend in the second direction; the first direction, the second direction and the height direction of the machine frame are orthogonal pairwise, the driving component is used for driving the auger component to rotate so that the sludge clearing and excavating machine can walk in a roadway, and the auger component can drive sludge to flow into the sludge discharging pipe and be discharged through the sludge outlet.
