The invention relates to the technical field of house building construction, in particular to an anti-seepage construction method for a windowsill tongue-and-groove prefabricated slab, which comprises the following steps of: embedding battens in a reinforced concrete shear wall template to form a tongue-and-groove on a concrete surface; an anti-crack steel wire mesh is embedded in the prefabricated slab; a coping beam longitudinal steel bar is implanted in the position of the coping beam; building a building block infilled wall; coping beam steel bars are bound, a formwork is erected, concrete is poured, and coping beam construction is completed; waterproof construction is conducted on internal corners of the outer wall components; hanging steel wire meshes at joints of different base layers; and performing decoration construction. Original masonry parts such as an outer wall window have good impermeability like that of a concrete wall, and the construction cost can be reduced.
