The invention discloses a balcony prefabricated hanging plate system and a construction method thereof. The balcony prefabricated hanging plate system comprises an upper prefabricated hanging plate, a lower prefabricated hanging plate, a grouting connection integrated piece and reserved joint bars. The upper prefabricated hanging plate comprises an upper outer acanthus, an upper inner acanthus and an upper thermal insulation layer; the lower end of the upper heat preservation layer covers the outer side face of the upper flanging. The grouting connection integrated piece is arranged on the lower portion of the upper inner leaf plate and comprises a shell and a sleeve. The sleeves are inserted into the inner cavity of the shell at intervals along the long axial direction of the shell; a grouting pipe and an overflow pipe are arranged on the inner side face of the shell. A filling material is filled in the shell; the lower prefabricated hanging plate comprises a lower outer acanthus, a lower inner acanthus and a lower thermal insulation layer; an insertion hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the vertical hole channel, of the upper part of the lower inner leaf plate; the upper end of the lower heat preservation layer covers the outer side face of the upper flanging. And the reserved joint bars are correspondingly inserted into the sleeves, the vertical hole channels and the insertion holes. The technical problems that a traditional balcony prefabricated hanging plate system is poor in stress performance, complex in installation process and poor in air tightness are solved.
