Lattice type composite beam
The lattice type composite beam comprises a first angle steel branch, a second angle steel branch and a channel steel branch, the first angle steel branch and the second angle steel branch are connected with the channel steel branch through steel plate batten plates arranged at intervals, and the first angle steel branch and the second angle steel branch are connected through angle steel lacing bars arranged at intervals. Steel bar meshes are arranged on the inner walls of the opposite sides of the steel batten plates arranged at intervals to form a lattice type component, and the lattice type component is filled with high-performance concrete to form the lattice type composite beam. The overall structure not only meets the requirements of bending resistance, shearing resistance, high bearing capacity, high rigidity and good anti-seismic property, but also meets the requirements of simplicity and convenience in manufacturing, convenience in mounting, less use of templates and cost saving.
格构式组合梁,包括第一角钢分肢、第二角钢分肢和槽钢分肢,所述第一角钢分肢、第二角钢分肢分别通过间隔布置的钢板缀板与槽钢分肢连接,所述第一角钢分肢与第二角钢分肢通过间隔布置的角钢缀条连接,所述间隔布置的钢板缀板相对侧内壁均设有钢筋网片,形成格构式构件,所述格构式构件内填充高性能混凝土,形成格构式组合梁。本发明整体结构既满足抗弯、抗剪、承载力高、刚度大、抗震性能好,又要满足制作简便、安装方便、模板使用少、节约成本的要求。
