Novel profiled sheet for purlin-free roof system
The invention relates to the technical field of building roofs, and discloses a novel profiled sheet for a purlin-free roof system. The connecting structure comprises a stress plate and a connecting plate, the stress plate comprises a stress flange, a vertical web and a stiffening plate, and the connecting plate comprises a high stiffening plate, a connecting web and a low stiffening plate. The novel purlin-free roof system has the advantages that the purlin-free roof system does not have purlins in the whole roof system in consideration of thinking. After the novel profiled thin plate is laid between the steel frames, heat preservation cotton and a roof panel are directly laid, and after seam locking is completed, the roof is installed. Installation is simplified in the whole process, and the same effect can be achieved by fusing the purline and the roof bottom plate which are originally installed separately into the novel profiled thin plate.
