Substrate treatment method in concrete pool polyurea coating corrosion prevention
The invention provides a substrate treatment method in concrete pool polyurea coating corrosion prevention. The method comprises the following steps: cleaning the surface of a target concrete pool to be subjected to polyurea coating corrosion prevention, so that the surface flatness is less than or equal to 1.6 mm/m < 2 >; after surface cleaning is completed, surface water spraying wetting is conducted; 8-10-mesh quartz sand is adopted as a sand blasting material, the quartz sand and water with the chlorine ion content not exceeding 25 ppm are mixed according to the volume ratio of the water to the sand being (1.5-2.5): 1, and the mixture is stirred to be uniform to obtain a sand blasting slurry; a high-pressure water jet generating device is used for conducting sand blasting construction on the target concrete pool with the wetted surface through sand blasting mortar, the pressure of the high-pressure water jet generating device is not smaller than 7 MPa, a spray gun is kept in a perpendicular state, and the distance between the spray gun and the surface of the target concrete pool is 30-50 cm; and after the sand blasting construction is completed and the wall surface is initially set, water spraying maintenance is carried out, water spraying is carried out 3-5 times every day until the strength is reached, and then polyurea paint coating can be carried out.
本发明提供了一种混凝土水池聚脲涂料防腐中的基底处理方法。该方法包括:对待进行聚脲涂料防腐的目标混凝土水池进行表面清理,使表面平整度小于等于1.6mm/m2;完成表面清理后进行表面喷水润湿;采用8‑10目的石英砂作为喷砂材料,与氯离子含量不超过25ppm的水按体积比水:砂=1.5‑2.5:1进行混合,搅拌均匀得到喷砂浆料;利用高压水射流发生装置使用喷砂浆料对完成表面润湿的目标混凝土水池进行喷砂施工,其中,高压水射流发生装置的压力不小于7MPa,喷枪与目标混凝土水池表面保持垂直状态且距离为30‑50cm;完成喷砂施工后待壁面初凝后进行喷水养护,每天喷水3‑5次直至达到强度即可进行聚脲涂料涂覆。
