The invention discloses a building aluminum alloy formwork rapid splicing and dismounting type connecting mechanism which comprises a mounting column fixedly connected to one side of an equipment body, a through hole fixedly connected to the side face of the mounting column, a fixing column connected to the periphery of the mounting column in a nested mode, a fitting plate fixedly connected to the top of the fixing column, and a threaded rod connected to the interior of the through hole in an embedded mode. The outer wall of the fixing column is connected with a matching hole in a penetrating mode, the periphery of the outer wall of the mounting column is fixedly connected with an abutting plate, the bottom of the abutting plate is fixedly connected with a damper, and the periphery of the damper is fixedly connected with a spring. And the two through holes are formed, the attaching plate and the abutting plate are attached to each other, the damper is installed between the attaching plate and the abutting plate, and the spring is arranged on the outer side of the damper for combined use, so that generated vibration can be effectively reduced during use, and the installation structure is more stable.
