The outer wall of the fixing column is connected with a matching hole in a penetrating mode, the periphery of the outer wall of the mounting column is fixedly connected with an abutting plate, the bottom of the abutting plate is fixedly connected with a damper, and the periphery of the damper is fixedly connected with a spring.
