Support-free concrete slab hanging formwork reinforcing method
The invention relates to a support-free concrete slab hanging formwork reinforcing method. In the construction process, an original structural plate does not meet the construction load requirement, and an original structural surface cannot be used as a support for component reinforcement. In order to avoid the load transfer relation with the original structure in the construction of the newly-added floor slab, the buckle formed by the I-shaped steel (7), the threaded suspender (1), the steel batten plate (2) and the screw (6) is used for movable connection, meanwhile, peripheral concrete is scabbled, reinforcing steel bars are implanted, and the connection reliability and the bonding effect of the new structure and the old structure are improved. According to the construction method, a construction load force transmission path is changed from a template (5) to a threaded suspender (1) to an I-shaped steel beam (7) to an upper beam plate of an original structure, so that the construction load does not generate an additional load effect on a lower-layer original structure plate. The method is suitable for solving the problem that when an original structural member cannot bear the construction load, the newly-added load needs to be transferred in a spring layer mode.
本发明涉及一种无支撑混凝土板吊模加固工法。施工中常因原结构板不满足施工荷载要求,无法利用原结构面做支撑进行构件加固的情况。为避免在新增楼板施工中与原结构发生荷载传递关系,使用由工字钢(7)、螺纹吊杆(1)以及钢缀板(2)与螺丝(6)形成的卡扣进行活动连接,同时凿毛四周混凝土并植入钢筋,增加新、旧结构连接可靠性和粘结效果。该工法使施工荷载传力路径发生如下改变:模板(5)→螺纹吊杆(1)→工字钢梁(7)→原结构上部梁板,实现施工荷载对下层原结构板不产生附加载荷效应。本发明适用解决当原结构构件无法承担施工荷载,需要将新增载荷跃层传递的情形。
