The avoiding between the two shells is realized, so that the collision interference between the two shells caused by mounting the hinge on the inner side of the luggage is effectively solved, and the problem that the existing hinge cannot be applied to the inner side of the luggage is solved.
本发明公开了一种用于箱包的铰链结构及箱包,通过设置分别安装在外部箱包两个壳体上的两个底座,并且设置若干个转动连接于中间轴上的连杆,连杆的两端设有第一滑动单元和第一转动单元,且相邻的连杆一正一反设置,并分别与位于两侧的底座通过第二滑动单元和第二转动单元滑动和转动连接。中间轴的轴心并不是固定的,随着外部箱包的两个壳体之间逐渐打开,每一连杆两端的第一滑动单元和第一转动单元均分别与对应的两个底座实现滑动和转动,中间轴的轴线随着打开角度的变化而产生位移,近似于多连杆运动,实现两个壳体之间的避位,从而有效解决了将铰链安装在箱包内侧引起的两个壳体之间的碰撞干涉,解决了现有铰链无法应用于箱包内侧的问题。
