Toughened glass mounting method
The invention discloses a toughened glass mounting method, which comprises the following steps of: a, marking lines in an upper metal crosspiece and a lower metal crosspiece of a glass door leaf, and fixing a pin control plate of a rotating pin and a rotating shaft connecting plate of a floor spring according to the lines; b, measuring the size of the glass, and selecting the minimum size as the width size of the glass; c, the wood bottom support is fixed to the ground, and then the stainless steel veneer is stuck to the batten in a clamped mode; d, tightly sucking the glass plate by using a glass sucking disc, inserting the upper edge of the glass plate into a limiting groove in the door frame, and then placing the lower edge of the glass plate into a stainless steel wrapping surface opening seam on the wood bottom support; e, after a glass plate of the glass door fixing part is in place, glue is injected into a top limiting groove, a bottom support fixing position and an opposite seam of the glass plate and a frame column for sealing; and f, fixing the upper and lower crosspieces after the height of the door leaf is determined to be correct. By means of the installation method, glass cracks generated in the installation process can be effectively solved, and the situation that the glass is broken due to uneven stress is prevented.
本发明公开了一种钢化玻璃安装方法，包括以下步骤：a：在玻璃门扇的上下金属横档内划线，按线固定转销的销控板和地弹簧的转动轴连接板；b：测量玻璃尺寸，选择最小尺寸为玻璃的宽度尺寸；c：将木底托固定于地面，然后再将不锈钢饰面板沾卡在木方上；d：用玻璃吸盘将玻璃板吸紧，先把玻璃板上边插入门框中限位槽内，然后将其下边安放于木底托上的不锈钢包面对口缝内；e：玻璃门固定部分的玻璃板就位以后，在顶部限位槽处和底托固定处，以及玻璃板与框拄的对缝处均注胶密封；f：门扇高度确定无误后，即可固定上下横档。通过本发明的安装方法可以有效解决安装过程中产生的玻璃裂纹、防止玻璃受力不均而碎裂。
