The invention provides a high-elasticity-modulus grouting material and a preparation method thereof. The high-elasticity-modulus grouting material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 740-780 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 100-110 parts of mineral powder, 70-100 parts of silica fume, 40-60 parts of an expanding agent, 40-60 parts of microbeads, 950-1000 parts of quartz sand, 8-10 parts of a polyacid water reducing agent, 0.3-0.5 part of a plastic expanding agent, 0.8-1 part of a defoaming agent and 7.5-10 parts of an early strength agent. The prepared high-elasticity-modulus grouting material has good constructability and ultrahigh elasticity modulus, is suitable for fixation and installation of various large important equipment, foundation reinforcement of onshore and offshore wind turbines and anchoring of anchor rods, and has the advantages of high strength, high elasticity modulus, high flowability, high durability, slight expansion and the like.
