Recycled aggregate concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses recycled aggregate concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90 to 110 parts of cement, 180 to 210 parts of gravel, 90 to 100 parts of sand, 60 to 90 parts of modified recycled aggregate and 40 to 50 parts of water, 2-3 parts of an additive; the modified recycled aggregate is prepared by the following method: step 1, taking recycled aggregate, slag powder and silica sol in a mass ratio of 100: (15-25): (3-6); uniformly mixing silica sol and slag powder, and adding the recycled aggregate for blending and coating to obtain premixed recycled aggregate; and 2, heating the premixed recycled aggregate to 950-1250 DEG C, calcining for 15-30 minutes, and cooling to obtain the modified recycled aggregate. The problems of low impermeability and low strength performance of the recycled aggregate concrete can be effectively solved.
