The invention relates to the technical field of mine area fillers, in particular to preparation of a silicon dioxide-gypsum composite material and application of the silicon dioxide-gypsum composite material in mines, and the silicon dioxide-gypsum composite material is prepared by the following steps: putting 40%-48% of desulfurized gypsum, 46%-52% of mineral powder and 3%-8% of 425 cement into a mixing plant; after the raw materials are put into a mixing plant, a retarder is added at the same time, and the retarding proportion of the retarder is that 1.3-1.8 g of the retarder needs to be added into each 1Kg of the raw materials; according to the invention, the retarder is added, so that the cementation of the cementation composite material after meeting water generates certain retardation, and mine tailings and other mine wastes are conveniently used as main aggregates to be refilled into a mine hole of a mining area. The reusability of the mine waste is improved, and the mine environment is prevented from being polluted by the mine waste.
本发明涉及矿山矿区填充物技术领域,尤其为一种二氧化硅‑石膏复合材料的制备及在矿山中的应用,取脱硫石膏、矿粉和425水泥放入搅拌站中,其中三者的混合占比分别为:脱硫石膏占40%‑48%,矿粉占46%‑52%,425水泥3%‑8%;在搅拌站投入原料后,同时加入缓凝剂,缓凝剂的缓和比例为:每1Kg原料需要加入1.3g‑1.8g缓凝剂;本发明通过添加缓凝剂,使得胶结复合材料的遇水后的胶固产生一定的延迟性,方便将以矿尾砂等矿山废料作为主要骨料重新填入矿区矿洞中。提高了矿山废料的重复利用性,避免了矿山废料对矿山环境造成污染。
