The invention discloses a fluorine-containing polyether synthesized machine-made sand adaptive polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a preparation method thereof. In order to introduce a functional group containing a fluorine element into an ether bond molecular structure, an epoxy compound containing the fluorine element is added after a polymerization reaction of ethylene oxide or propylene oxide or a mixture of the ethylene oxide and the propylene oxide, so that the unsaturated modified polyoxyethylene ether with the terminal group containing the fluorine element is synthesized. By introducing the fluorine element, the dispersity and the stone powder and soil resistance of the synthesized polycarboxylic acid water reducer can be greatly changed, so that the polycarboxylic acid water reducer is adaptive to concrete engineering using machine-made sand.
