The structure comprises a soil base layer, a cushion layer, a water-permeable base layer and a water-permeable surface layer, a drainage channel is arranged in the soil base layer, a supporting plate is fixed to the top of the drainage channel, miniature drainage holes are formed in the supporting plate, the cushion layer is arranged on the soil base layer, the water-permeable layer is arranged on the cushion layer, a leveling layer is arranged above the cushion layer, and the water-permeable surface layer is arranged above the leveling layer. The permeable surface layer is arranged on the leveling layer. The invention further provides a construction method of the paved permeable sidewalk. Compared with the prior art, the water permeable pavement has a water permeable function, can promote rapid digestion of surface accumulated water, and has the characteristics of rapid pavement and high efficiency.
