The invention discloses a prestressed concrete box girder cast-in-place and girder falling construction method. The method comprises the following steps that 1, a high-position girder body is cast; 2, the beam body is supported on a temporary support, a guide beam system is installed, and a jack and a bearing piece are installed on the pier top; 3, the beam body is jacked through the jack, the temporary support is disassembled, the permanent support is installed, the jack is retracted, the beam body is supported on the bearing piece, first-time beam falling is completed, and the steps are repeated till the beam body falls to the designed position; and 4, grouting of the support is completed, the jack, the bearing piece and the guide beam system are dismantled, and beam falling is completed. The limited space of the top face of the bridge pier is reasonably utilized, and the temporary road-crossing scaffold, the temporary support, the jack and the guide beam system are comprehensively utilized; the problems of box girder cast-in-place, prestress tensioning, girder falling in place and support installation construction under the conditions of large span, large weight, insufficient construction clearance under the bridge and limited bridge end tensioning sequence are effectively solved.
