The invention provides a pushing installation method for a small section of an upper-span anchorage steel beam in a sea, which comprises the following steps of: hoisting a large-section steel box beam at the top of a first permanent pier and a second permanent pier of permanent piers, arranging a plurality of temporary piers among the permanent piers outside the end of the large-section steel box beam, and arranging an assembling bracket at a position close to the installed steel box beam; pushing devices are arranged at the tops of the permanent piers and the temporary piers, and a plurality of sliding block devices are arranged at the top of the assembling support; a girder lifting station is arranged at the end of the large-section steel box girder; the front guide beam is hoisted to the assembling supports of the temporary piers and the top of the first temporary pier through a floating crane; the first section of the small-section steel box girder is conveyed to a girder lifting station, the small-section steel box girder is hoisted to an assembling support through the girder lifting station, the small-section steel box girder and a front guide girder are accurately aligned and then are connected in a welded mode, and after the steel box girder to be installed is pushed forwards by a certain distance, another section of the small-section steel box girder is installed again; the girder lifting station lifts and closes the small-section steel box girder; the steel box girder is installed through the steps.
