The invention discloses a long-life road marking block. A prefabricated block body is provided with at least one reflective side surface. According to the optimally-designed long-life road marking marking block, the prefabricated block body structure is laid on the road surface needing to be marked to form a road marking, on one hand, the reflective face is obliquely arranged, falling caused by long-term rolling of a vehicle is avoided, the service life is prolonged, on the other hand, the prefabricated block body structure facilitates marking laying, and the service life of the road marking is prolonged. Normal passage of a road section is not affected by long-time drying of the coating, and when the reflective surface of part of the area falls off, the local prefabricated block body can be conveniently and rapidly replaced. The invention further provides a long-life road marking unit and a zebra crossing unit.
