When a fire disaster occurs, the smoke exhaust fireproof valve main body and the fireproof door of the fireproof separation unit in the ventilation unit with the fire disaster are closed, the ventilation equipment is closed, and oxygen supply is cut off; after a fire disaster, the smoke exhaust fireproof valve body is remotely controlled to be opened, and the pipe gallery exhaust fan is started to exhaust residual smoke in the pipe gallery.
