The invention discloses slurry sampling detection equipment for a cast-in-situ bored pile and a method of the slurry sampling detection equipment. The mud sampling detection equipment comprises a switch controller, a memory, a buoyancy ball, a tension sensor, a central processor, a flowmeter and a pressure sensor; the tension sensor, the central processor, the flow meter and the pressure sensor are all electrically communicated with the power supply module, and the tension sensor, the flow meter and the pressure sensor are all in communication connection with the central processor. The central processor can calculate and output the mud specific gravity according to the buoyancy fed back by the tension sensor and the physical property of the buoyancy ball, and can calculate and output the mud viscosity according to the mud flow fed back by the flowmeter and the mud pressure fed back by the pressure sensor. Therefore, the amount of the taken sample only needs to be used for measuring the sand content of the slurry, and other data reflecting the performance of the slurry, such as the viscosity of the slurry and the specific gravity of the slurry, can be automatically detected and output, so that miniaturization and intellectualization of products are realized.
