Sterilization system
Provided is a degerming system capable of suppressing the proliferation of bacteria and molds on an inner wall by supplying degerming water or degerming gas to the cleaned inner wall after removing dirt on the inner wall in the vicinity of a sealing water level of a sealing water forming part by ultrasonic waves. This sterilization system (20) is provided with: a sealing water forming unit (14); a water level rising part (26) which is formed so that the water level in the sealing water forming part can easily rise from the first water level to a second water level (W2) higher than the first water level by water flowing into the sealing water forming part; an ultrasonic oscillator (64); a degerming device (22) for supplying degerming water or degerming gas to an inner wall (14e) at a water level in the sealing water forming part; and a control unit (29) that performs ultrasonic irradiation by the ultrasonic irradiator during at least a part of a period in a state in which the water level is higher than the first water level, and stops the supply of the sterilization water or the sterilization gas to the sterilization device (22) at least after the water level rise toward the second water level has ended.
