The invention provides a non-cold-bridge construction system for a sandwich heat-preservation prefabricated external wall panel, which is characterized in that a conventional concrete flanging method on the periphery of a single component of the external wall panel is canceled; mounting heat insulation strips on the upper and lower components in the reserved heat insulation grooves of the components; and next, mounting and paving a waterproof breathable film on the upper part of the lower-layer component. Next, an elastic rubber strip and a rubber gasket are placed on the upper portion of the waterproof breathable film; next, a waterproof air-isolating film is paved at the bottom of the upper-layer component; in the next step, components on the upper layer are hoisted to the floor, and the prefabricated components are installed in place; then, an inner side wall formwork is installed; and then concrete is cast in place in the inner side wall formwork, the situation that no cold bridge occurs at the connecting position is achieved, concrete turnups arranged on the periphery of the component are reasonably omitted, and high feasibility is achieved.
本发明提供了一种夹芯保温预制外墙板无冷桥构造系统,本发明通过外墙板单构件四周取消常规的混凝土翻边做法,通过在构件运输进入现场后;再对构件留置的隔热槽内安装上、下部构件安装隔热条,下一步是把下层构件的上部位置安装铺贴防水透气膜;下一步是在防水透气膜的上部放置弹性橡胶条、橡胶垫片;下一步是把上层构件的底部铺贴防水隔气膜;下一步是把上层的构件吊装到楼层并完成预制构件安装就位;然后安装内侧墙体模板;然后在内侧墙体模板内现浇混凝土,达到连接处无冷桥情况出现,合理取消构件四周设置的混凝土翻边具有较强的可行性。
