Non-bottom-layer super-flat floor pouring method without later leveling
The invention relates to the technical field of ground or floor layers manufactured on site through aggregate materials, and discloses a non-bottom-layer super-flat floor pouring method without later leveling. Concrete is scraped and leveled through a sliding rail of a steel bar higher than a floor slab and a scraping lever on the sliding rail; the problem that a bin separation method cannot be achieved due to interference of reinforcing steel bars in a floor slab is solved. An independent supporting structure which is not in contact with the formwork and a supporting structure of the formwork is used for supporting the sliding rail, and the situation that the formwork deforms and shakes of the supporting structure of the formwork in the construction process, and concrete slicking is affected is avoided. The two points are combined, so that the fact that the non-bottom floor slab is stricken to form the super-flat floor during pouring is feasible. In the invention, the tops of the sliding rails are blade-shaped and are in point contact with the scraping lever, so that the use of the scraping lever is not influenced even if the supporting structures of the sliding rails are inclined, and meanwhile, the height of the top of each sliding rail is quickly adjusted by matching with a laser swinger, so that the sliding rails capable of meeting the precision required by scraping concrete are provided for the scraping lever at lower construction difficulty.
本发明涉及用集合材料在现场制作的地面或地板层技术领域,公开了一种无需后期找平的非底层超平地坪浇筑方法,通过用高于楼板的钢筋的滑轨以及滑轨上的刮杠来刮平混凝土,解决了分仓法因楼板中的钢筋的干涉而无法实现的问题;用不与模板以及模板的支撑结构接触的独立支撑结构来支撑滑轨,避免模板变形以及施工时模板支撑结构的晃动影响到混凝土的刮平;以上两点结合,确保了在浇筑的同时刮平非底层楼板形成超平地坪可行。本发明中,滑轨顶部为刃状并与刮杠点接触,使得滑轨的支撑结构即使歪斜也不影响刮杠使用,同时还与激光扫平仪配合快速调整各滑轨顶部的高度,从而以较低的施工难度为刮杠提供了能够满足刮平混凝土所需精度的滑轨。
