The invention discloses a passive cast-in-place concrete outer wall formwork erecting system and a construction method thereof.The formwork erecting system comprises a first oppositely-inserted screw rod, a second oppositely-inserted screw rod, an inner screw rod, a first disassembling screw rod and a second disassembling screw rod, and the first oppositely-inserted screw rod and the second oppositely-inserted screw rod are coaxially and oppositely arranged and connected through threads; the fixed insulation board is inserted from two sides; rod bodies of the first plug-in screw rod and the second plug-in screw rod are hollow and jointly sleeve the inner screw rod, the inner screw rod integrally penetrates through the first plug-in screw rod and the second plug-in screw rod, conical caps are arranged at the two ends of the inner screw rod, and the first dismounting screw rod and the second dismounting screw rod are detachably connected with the conical caps respectively. The split bolt solves the problem that holes are left after a traditional split bolt is used, and the requirement for the air tightness of an outer wall of a passive house cannot be met, the air tightness is guaranteed, cold and hot bridges are avoided, and the heat insulation performance of a wall is improved.
